Yes, I do agree. The system of IRCTC is not fool-proof. Many times you feel cheated when you board the train and find that you are allotted middle or upper berth.

Though it is ideal, it is extremely difficult to implement in Railways as the available berths are spread over multiple compartments. In airlines, it is only one passenger cabin.
