DELAY IN ALLOTMENT PF FLATS WISH TOWN GARDEN ISLES BY JP GROUP
I have booked a flat in wish town Garden isles by JP , The handing over of the house was due in Dec 2015. So far only the pillars have been raised till 20 floor. They keep postponing the dates of allotment. Are there any other persons affected. How does one proceed go to consumer court? Any help more

While looking for fellow subscribers for allotment of a flat in the JP Group's Wish Town Garden Isles, it will be advisable to given the builders a notice for not getting the flats ready for allotment and in the circumstances seek return of the money paid so far, with interest. Failing which, file a case in the consumer forum of the jurisdiction. more

you have act just waiting wishfully is of no use. filing a case in consumer court would definitely help. earlier the better more
