Ergonomic Chairs
My husband sits in front of his computer 10-14 hours a day. Lately he has been haying pain in lower back on and off. Are there any good office chairs available in market that experts would recommend? more

Dear Payal, I agree that posture plays an important role in proper alignment of the spine . Inadequate posture leads to back strain. Most of us sit for almost everything during the day , from eating to reading to working . For something that we do so often we are not very good at it . You must invest in an office chair that has adequate support for the curves along the back, it is advisable to consult a therapist practicing ergonomics to advise you to adjust the correct height of the chair and also adjust your workstation to fit you. Just by equipping you with this basic strategies of workplace adjustment can improve your discomfort by at least 40 percent. more

Good muscle strength & proper posture helps us to pain free back & neck.when muscle strength & posture are not adequate then only back pain happen. posture training helps a lot to avoid such type of pain . more
