One can see number of Agents always there inside and outside and may be allotted separate time looking into their genuine needs . Sometime irritating behaviour of Dealing Assistant is visible which may be due to excess work load of handling Speed Post and registered articles. But I have found Sector Postman very well in conduct and work. He will even come upstairs to deliver registered articles. Aesthetic look is totally missing and this may be affecting work environment.

During the last four years I have found change in the approach of the staff of the PO . It is coming towards positve side and I found them cooperative.

Due to some of the unethical business practices prevailing in the post office, the rating is being given.
1. The Postmen have engaged their services to outside people on sub-contract basis. Such pracices has never been heard of. Even the Postmaster is aware of such practices.
2. Recently a registered article was dropped in the letter box of the addressee.
3. The said letter was acknowledge by forged signature.
4. The complaint to the Post master as well as senior officials remain unresponsive.
5. Next time the registered article diverted to the new addressee suspected to be intentionally was intentionally diverted to some other post office which even does not exist.
4. The mail in this connection to correct the wrong was just ignored and it was sent back to the sender despite the mail.
5. It seems fraudulent practices prevailing in the said post office under hand in glove. No action is taken.
