In the first A/C coach a lot of mosquito roaming in the coupe. On making complain the attendant sprayed the HIT without any effect.There is a wide scope in improvement of catering service .

Traveled about two months ago in 3AC in the train. Cleanliness of toilets and coaches need improvement.

catering staff & food abominable. supervision inadequate. Cleaning staff does not work efficiently.

Train needs massive improvement. One suggestion is to discontinue catering of hot food and instead provide pre-cooked packed food. Handling of catering is so messy and also ecologically damaging.
Toilets are a real pain. I think the toilets have not changed since i was a child in the last 30-35 years.
Cleaning of the coaches needs to be better and train staff more courteous.
