This Train frequently runs late and the Second AC coach is always replaced by 3rd Ac Coach. This gives lot of inconvenience to Senior Citizens. Coaches are not maintained, cockroaches are plenty and day time they crawl they by
children are afraid. No Tissue paper/ water in the toilets. The linen is torn (looks like picked up from trash bins) and wet.
TTE do not allot berths, in Second AC, though they are available. These berths, they use for partying.

It is at present one of the best train from Howrah to Chennai
