I have experience of travelling by Train / Metro in USA, UK, France, Canada, UK, Singapore. We are far far behind. If Government is targeting only the 95% of population. How are poor, perhaps very poor by any standard. Lack every civic scene. What we are getting. Fine.
IF WE REALLY WHAT SOMETHING AT PAR WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARD - WE HAVE TO CHANGE OUR SELVES. GOVERNMENT HAVE TO TELL -TAX PAYERS MONEY IS NOT FREE. GOVERNMENT HAS NO MONEY - IT IS ALL TAX PAYERS HARD EARNED MONEY. TO EARN BLACK MONEY AS YOU CALL IT, HAS TO BE EARNED. IF RICH CAN EARN, WHY 95% OF POOR. HOW IS STOPPING THEM?
