Vastukalp Promoters

Vastukalp promoters are new builders. They were agriculturist earlier and they have turned into builders. They are illiterate and such a cheater. Pls beware of these builders and any property sold by them. They take money in black as well as they don't give receipts for your money. And if you will oppose saying about legal things they will start threatening you.
I'm bringing this matter to all as I'm also suffering as I have paid the money for the apartment.
They also say thatPolice can't do anything in their case. They have some local MLS named Kalate and hence they will do whatever they want.
There are two owners.
Don't buy any property from them otherwise you will loose your money as well as your Peace of Mind.
