Only platform no1 ,that's only at VIP train timings

Other than Platform no. 1, all platforms deserves to be rated as below average, even Platform No. 1 is of average quality as per Indian set of norms. No platform has adequate arrangement for passengers who are waiting for trains and waiting rooms are too small. Vendors at platforms are also in plenty, however, supplying average or below average quality stuff. Cleanliness is worrisome, crowd management very poor and rest of the facilities that we expect at a railway station is of average quality.

Lot can be done:
Cleanliness of floor and lines
More dustbins.
Station has people sleeping on floor.
Waiting room and washroom needs more amenities and cleanliness.
Escalator, if possible
More sitting places
Drinking water
More ticketing windows
Pre paid taxi service/ assistance booths
Parking to be more organized.

During Kumbh and other major Melas, ALD has been shown to be inadequate and a bad link in the Mela management chain. Grossly inadequate for the  type and amount of traffic that is handled.
