ANDHERI (ADH)

There is no facility to go to upstairs for purchasing tickets for senior citizens on andheri east of station. Better to make ticket windows on ground floor plan.

Escalator install on Andheri station platform no.4 & 5 is shut for maintenance from last 20 days, i am not able to understand if the escalator install on other platform of Andheri station are working smoothly then what is wrong the escalator of platform no. 4 & 5 and also doubt the competency of engineers as repairing the same takes such a long time. Also the sheds of railway platform has lot of garbage which can be viewed from overbridge. Also at the start of platform no. 8 and 9 of Andheri station people relieve themselves, urgent attention required by rail authority.
