The premium is charged for covering the products like mobile under insurance cover. As per information available, the company is not an insurer but seems to be tie up with insurance company. This arrangement of tie up and then charging the insurance premium into the a/c of the company is not allowed as the insurer has to charge the premium for issue of policy. The premium can not be charged by intermediary.
