Axis Bank

I had opened an SIP account with Birla MF by direct debit to my Axis bank savings account. Axis Bank has debited Rs.115/- without informing me stating the charges are for verification of my signature. I am told that no charges are levied if the investment is done through Axis bank or in its own Axis MF. Can I approach Banking Ombudsman against such unfair practices?

Queue was quite long. But, after entering the branch, they formed separate queue for Deposit, withdrawal and exchange (when it was allowed) thus reducing the waiting time. Didn't accept withdrawal slips though. Once self cheques accepted.

I'm living in Vasundhra Ghaziabad , after demonetization All Axis bank ATM's are not operating either doesn't have cash or not functioning properly.
totally waste of time & resources, if you are unable to provide services to your customer then there is no need to place ATM's at various location and wasting the resources.
I request you to kindly take strict action aginst your corrupt banking officers and try to give good services to your customer.
