No garbage is collected except few areas. Because many prime areas nowadays are piled with garbage everywhere.

I still find garbage piles in many parts of the city.

Collection is done but after that the segregated garbage is often mixed.

The garbage collection is not consistent, sweepers are regular but the vehicle pick up is erratic and so residents are finding it very difficult. Some are just leaving the garbage in piles on the roads. Sometimes the BBMP collection team leave the garbage lying on the road for days till they are getting time to segregate it. There is a lot of confusion on this account also, we dont know which days they will come and residents are not clear on the segregation process and collection dates.
