The poorest ever electricity provider. Multiple cutoffs & voltage fluctuations led to multiple appliances faults. Improper billing. No action for street light complaints.

The only solution I have derived is to instantly complain BSES app and Delhi GOVT's power sms helpline and you get power back in minutes

Absolutely pathetic - voltage glitches have already damaged many electrical appliances - do not know as to who owns responsibility for that !
