BSNL speed both broadband and mobile data are not upto the mark compared to private providers. service generally good

Others are offiering better services. Hence I am thinking of making a switch.

I am using BSNL landline and broadband. Both are fine.
The speed of internet also is good.

I used this BSNL internet for the past 3 years, customer service was bad,so I surrendered my connection went for private ISP.

Airtel not having a transparency policy. They offer different speed for same price. I tried my level best but yet to see the results. They offer modem initially and say you have to buy another model for higher speed. I think better consumer awareness will make the service providers transparent and give service value for the money they charge...
