Using for the last 7 years. Nice service.

I have been BSNL bb service since Sept 2014 and I am very much satisfied. Once the plan capacity reaches it becomes little bit slow. Otherwise Ok.

The internet services provided in Visakhapatnam are not reliable to the extent that they get a better ranking. I have yet to see an uninterrupted service during a single month.

I have been using this service for quite some time now. On the whole I am satisfied with the service. Though they were very slow to restore the service post Hudhud. They have changed over to fibre, and it's very much streamlined now.

My internet connection several disconnects on its own and Landline phone is not clear and very disturbance is coming in the phone and we have complained several times.
