Some are very polite and humble, but most of them think that they are doing us a favour. Generally they are not helpful.

Someone hasd hacked my debit card and used an amount of Rs. 1512.00 towards some payment. I approached Canara Bank the 3rd day after intimation. It took them 4 months to say that the card has been used by myself. This is the level of confidence and trust the Bank has with respectable clients. Hence I threw the card back and decided not to use the card again. It is safer to withdraw the money by cheque and make payments.

Very inefficient and rude personnel. Won't help out and would only give Rs.500/- notes since August 2016 and that is why I am in such a fix now with this demonetization crisis.

Some smile while some counters are extremely rude. Even those who smile always deter work & are very unhelpful. I have visited 3 Canara bank branches. I always see indecent slum boys following ontop of girls in the queue, deliberately trying to touch them, passing lewd comments. The security guards forming a group with vulgarly behaving boys & surrounding the doors & ATMs of the bank. Some even try to touch girls & pass lewd comments & even follow them when they come out of the bank. The bank employees are Pro-Maharastrian & refuse to do anything about it. They say that these boys are Maharatrian & are from very poor families. So, does that give them a right to molest or rape girls if they are from poor families?

I was able to withdraw cash this week. Also, since 1 year (opening of the account) my bank account password isssue got sorted out this week. However, without my permission & without informing me Canara bank officials have changed my personal profile (biodata) They have changed my title Miss (unmarried) to Mrs. The have changed my last name Lulla to LullaLulla. Thirdly, they changed my residential address from MIDC to Marol & added Akruti Trade centre which is far away from my address. The road name is Road no 16 or Kondivita road as it is called. At the time of opening the account in January I had submitted photocopies of my address proof & identity proof & I had personally filled the form in capital letters at the bank. Moreover, I wrote a complaint letter to the Bank manager of MIDC Andheri East branch & I did not get any response.
