very very poor services. They do not send any person at home for issues facing software and try to rectify by making a call from Delhi. The customer has to waste his precious time following instructions of the person on phone and use his internet as well sometimes other devices like pendrives etc ............ In short I am the worst sufferer... I purchased Dell thinking that its services are ok but the quality itself is very poor.My Brand newlaptop hangs for 10 secs to 10 minutes and Dell service people have wasted my 10 hrs over phone to rectify it but trouble continues with no solition....

I had written earlier also about Dell and still find no improvement in their Products or Services. My Laptop has several issues wrt Touch Pad. It has been replaced 6 times in less than a year and still does not work to my satisfaction. Complete Unit was replaced within 6 months of purchase and thereafter problem persist. Their service center persons work like a mechanic and do not find solutions to the issues.
