Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE)

The condition of Indian farmers are very bad. Ministry of agriculture should better planning and implementation of good policies in favor of farmers. Agriculture subsidy should be increased as in America.

There is only 1% implementation of the agriculture subsidy. This is the the last department to utilise their funds. They will send back all the funds from the central government. Agriculture officers should be more responsible than any other department. Unfortunately it was reverse. There is no one controls the agriculture officers.

Plans and Schemes are good but implementation very bad.

government subsidies offered on agricultural and related services are generally based on size of land holding or cast basis, should be linked with productivity instead.
