This is the pathetic situation in India, rules are make but never fallowed because most of thing handled through under table.
Adulteration in our daily Thali, starting from bed tea to till bed but none of Department Making a law to punish then.
I am thinking about that make rule to do the punishment like Rape/ till them hang.
