The functioning of MTNL in particular and BSNL in general leave much to be desired. What has this Govt done during the last 5 years to provide a proper service? May be Mantri Mahoday or his Deputy need to provide us an explanation,

Decisions of TRAI have not been implemented like penalties on Service Providers for call drop, effectiveness of DO NOT DISTURB provisions etc.
