I used to have very bad experience about the Portal and the different false offers on the portal.
While ordering it is always used to ask email id for the confirmation, but when you add any email id, it will say, it is already exist. Same happening for my wife as well.
Even in the OFFER section, it was showing 10% cash back on HDFC credit card, but when we made the payment with the card, it deducted whole amount.
So now we stopped purchasing from the Flipkard portal.
It has very poor performance.

Flipkart is delivering small value items like mobiles and other things correctly But when the order is above 30,00 they are cheating consumers by delivering defective products and not responding after delivery. The ways to deal such online frauds must be clearly framed and everybody should be taught about this.When we are talking cashless transactions and online trading.Such big name companies cheating should be made public and stringent law to deal these cheating companies
