HTC seems to have poor after sale service. One of the public domain has listed out 2252 complaints out of which only 36 have been shown as resolved. It is due to this, the company is rated accordingly as service set up is most important than the price of the product.

HTC Means Horrible Terrible Company,
No proper service, no personal managers in service centers, work with hand full staff like peons and dont reply to customers, just aim of fooling customers how to sell mobiles and forget.
Never to recommend and never to suggest to buy HTC, within 3 months of purchase SIM tray do not work and when contacted service center they ask to pay charges of sim tray replacements.
They suggest us this is the only profit of HTC to repair and earn. These are answers of such a reputed company.

The website has not provided any detail about the address of the company and also no details of email id is stated. It has got a toll free number. The address as stated above could be located from public domain.
