While the company is dealing with online shopping, but its website does not contain the address or phone number. The address could be taken from their privacy link. It needs to be verified. The company seems to be calling the consumers, seems to have personal details of the callers and then luring them
with some gains/ prizes, lucky draw etc. It may give a call after getting the order and payment and informing about winning the prizes. The consumer on suspicion about dubious activities, cancels the order and then they become unresponsive. The two complaints are quoted below:
1. "i have been called on monday a lady from indiashopps company told me about my paytm orders and she knew every thing about my orders on paytm so i trusted her she told me that u r shortlisted from jhansi zone if you purchase 3000 rs or more on company behalf u will get one luxury item along with purchasing item she send me company account number and ifsc code i paid 3245 for red and chief casual shoes further they called me tuesday they said u r shortlisted for mega polo contast organised by company and u r winner of 520000rs i you pay 19200 rs for company current account which is kotak mahindra account i.e 9412056377 and ifsc code kkbk0000181 because they have low maintance balance in their current account then i paid 19200 rs when i ask them to rtgs or neft reward amount in my account then said you have to pay service tax of company i paid 13000rs my total amount 34445 has gone to company current account now they cheated me"
2.".sir 2days back i got called from some no(i already send you that number) they told me about my past shopping and told me to place my order through any online site than they send me link(www.indiashopps.com
Dear Customer if you buy any product with the cost of Rs. 3,000 then you will be win an Assured gift.)through this text messege ..maine check kara toh i found ki online shopping app he toh i can shop from this than they told me to choose any item through amezon paytm or myntra i choose than he asked me product number i gave them product no.than he told me to choose paymeant option i choose paytm than he send me QR code than i pay them money rs3549 through that code (i already send that paymeant transection detail )than muje ek mail aaya ki thank you for order phir sham ko i received one call and asked my personal detail loke date of birth mobile no email ad etc phir morning mai when i was in my OT i receive some missed calls i called them back they told me i won 5.4 lack then muje doubt huwa toh google pe maine fraud ka serch kara toh same wahi incident baki logo ke sath huwa he aisa laga toh phir maine call karke bola ki i want to cancel my order toh unhone bola ki 24 hours mai ho jayega but aaj morning mai call kara toh call hi receive nhi kar rahe the..phir maine complain kara toh kisi or ne call lagaya toh unhone receive kara..that means ke wo.log or bhi logo se cheating kar rahe he and agar koi abhi action liya jaye toh purane logo ka bhi solve ho.jayega and koi new case nhi aayega kyoki e log abhi 4-5 din or chalyege..toh sir maine unke no emaid id mera adhar id and transection detail bheji he..
Sorry for your trouble sir but these should be stop i am not do this affort for my refund but jo log kar rahe he wo pakde jaye.. Unka adress bhi diya he muje(C-101 mayur vihar phase -3 delhi)and main ramesh trivedi nam ka koi person he.."

The above stated complaints indicates one should be careful and decide further as to whether it is worth to shop. It seems to be having some dubious activities
