No frill airline charging more than full service airline. As this has gone bigger, service quality has deteriorated and became worse and worse. Found ground handling at check in counters at Delhi Terminal 1D terrible on 28/01/2016.

This airline is becoming arrogant and now is hardly passenger friendly. The ground staff is particularly rude and is finding any excuse to make money. Though they claim to be low cost, many a times they are costlier than full facility carriers. Their claim of punctuality is erroneous.. Be careful with this airlines
