Request for return was initiated via mail/Facebook/inbox on 23rd july'16 (no customer care support & no option to return on app) after a prompt update notification for app, return request initiated on 29th july'16 (return request # 31628744) which commits product will be picked on 3rd August’16. On 13th August’16 received a call 1246676500 from their so called chief manager desk. Not a single grain of an apology in voice for the delay complete blunt, no commitment for action will be taken, when asked about customer care, heavy call flow was an excuse given that is it why nobody picks up the call at the end a formal fake assurance in a tone “if it has to happen it will happen one day” mean wait. Now the status shows the period to return this product has been expired. You guys have no right to do business #jabong #DONOTBUYFROMJABONG a fraud company.
