I would rate all the Jewelers as "0" only since all of them are cheating the customers. They all charge heavily from the customers in one way or other. Sometimes it is in the name of making charges and other times it is wastage etc. The jewellery industry survives on cheating of innocent poor customers. How do they make these much profits? The gold value per gram is same for all. But they spend crores in advertisements paying film stars heavily and these film stars will say anything for money. The poor public believe this. Unless the Indian public understands this and leave this addiction for gold these cheaters will flourish. Moreover this also adversely affects the Indian economy. If you compare the gold being imported legally and the gold being sold you can understand that a major portion is being smuggled into the country..

See as a consumer it is our duty to be cautious, of course the organisation must not play with the consumers. Also you post this problem with the brand ambassador, he is a responsible citizen. He should take up your matter with the owners. Else the ambassador also be sued. If you are cheated get behind the organisation dont leave half the way.
