The company is in the business of mobile set. They offer a very very competitive prices as compared to branded mobile set. This price point tempts any buyer to go in for the purchase of such mobile set. The company has very poor after sales service infrastructure and mobile sets remain in their service centre for months. The company does not respond to the consumer issues. One of the complaint is quoted
" I am very shamefull for buy karboon handset. your services is too poor and your service centers is too useless .it is better to shutdown your service centers and keep it Lock .
Two month has been completed to give my handset at your service center but every time you are not serious on it.
i am asking for replace my handset but you are not responding on it.
This is the last warning to you that replace my handset or provide my handset in good condition.If i will not receive my handset with in 7 days then i have to go consumer forum for the same."
The public domain reflects many such complaints/feedback. The price need to be secondary for any purchase decision. The primary consideration need to be the after sales service arrangment which seems to be poor in case we see feedback on various public domains. Some of the other feedback are:

2. I had purchase mobile Karbonn Titanium S4 plus from flipkart.com on December 2014. After 4 months it encountered display problem and display goes fully blank I had submit it to karbonn service centre, Om Electronics, Nagpur they said we send it to Bangalore for repairing, after 4 months and many call to customer care No. of Karbonn it come but mobile was not repaired and problem was still in mobile and they are saying it have to resend to Bangalore for repairing and for further details contact customer care and asked. I am Arun Kumar Chaudhary from gurgaon haryana I deposited my Karbonn mobile (Titanium S9) [IMEI Number 911333000430358] to Karbonn service centre in gurgaon on 8th may 2015 and it is in repair since 4 + month and still no update after calling 20 times on customer care and writting 10th of mail to customer care They is no response always false commitment of they will surely get back in 24 hours but after calling 20 times on their customer care they there is not even a single response from their side.
