The deleting water resources in a state that has been water rich is a very sad story. KWA has done nothing worthwhile to preserve water, stop sand mining

1. Kerala Water Authority , I think, it is one of the worst departments under Government of Kerala.
2. They are least concerned about the quality and continuous supply of drinking water.
3. They do not bother at all about he phenomenal leak due to breakage of water lines, even if reported by public.
4. Grievances from public are not all attended to. I have filed several complaints filed, but no information on any action taken even after several months.
5. Often water bills are too ballooned up and any complaints not attended to.
