I could give below one star rating if you allowed me, the price of products is very low compared to other online stores, But we have to wait like hell for receiving the ordered items, i have ordered for some aquarium pumps from them on 26/11/2018 but till 23/2/2018 i haven't receive the material from them, As I am unable to contact them on any mode of communication, i raised a complain to consumerhelpline.gov.in on 14/12/2018 and then i received a reply from them on whatsapp 16/12/2018, stating due to telengana election the shipment has been delayed(seems funny) on 21/12/2018 i received a mail the order has been processed and i will receive call from shipment company(!?!) but till 23/12/2018 i haven't received any communication from them.
