Branch officers/ executives makes many excuses in opening a new Saving Bank Account.
Starting from non-availability of application form ... even they not accepts online filled applications without manual form filling.
Anyone can sense their clear intention to not open a new bank account in their Branch.

Rule 14 enquiry is going on against me. IO of CVC had given his verdict. Now DDP has sent it to CVO of Ordnance Factory Board to comment on the verdict of IO of CVC, ND. Now that OFB has got a chance to bash or bring down CVC, they have done their best to deface CVC. Then again DDP has forwarded everything to me for ask my views.

They first denied replacement but took to replace it after asking for a letter of denial only. They again skipped a month to replace the product. Customer service over the phone said it is a logistics problem. But I don't believe it. Eventually the second replaced item became non-functional and I was only able to use the product for only 2 months in total. Please look into it that people don't buy this stuff.
