Overall the staff lacks experience, helping attitude, If the non network pharmacist shut shop for a day, the real capability of medplus can be seen by the go easy customers running shop to shop to buy medicines.

Most pharmacies in Bangalore insist on giving chocolates / hard-boiled sweets / sugar candy in lieu of coin change - Re 1 or Rs 2 equivalent. This is a unfair trade practice since the merchant should have change of up to Rs 5 at least. One can understand a lozenge which one can have for sore throat, but not sugar candy. The irony is when the pharmacy gives such barter in place of coin change towards purchase of diabetes medicines. Even reducing a pill or capsule of comparable amount in place of coin change is understandable, although it defies the medical advise on dosage, but insisting on giving equivalent-priced items is positively cheating.
