Ministry of Food Processing Industries

MSME, especially micro and small food processing industries need inputs like cheaper land, reliable electricity, law and order (no goondaism or political interference), finance/credit, NEAR to major consuming markets, and not far in the hinterland, so that educated manpower can be attracted.

Schemes for MSME should be developed and not for large Food parks etc.

Should keep stricter vigil on the additives used in processed food industry and their negative health effects.
Also need to be much stricter on food adulteration

Keep up the good work.

Ministry should put a ban on the chemical usage in the food manufacturing or fruits ripening etc.
