What development? We have so many Sr. people and retired people who can help make our people more hireable. They have worked in corporates and have a clue. Pls understand that most Indian students are unhireable. They are unfit in all depts and the whole system does not support them and is not willing to change....this needs to happen and should start from junior school.

Human Resources Development was grossly set aside after 1990 . There is absolute need of reinstatement of Research, Subject Skills, and, the method of drilling out the Human Morals from every Student and Adult . Skills of Brain, Mind and Memory are to be re-oriented . The present methods planned are to be taken with committed interest changing from the issue of Teaching and Preaching , Playing and Sharing the Society .
