Undersign has addressed a problem to public grievances redressal cell of MoUD against the builder of my flat i.e. M/s NBCC Ltd. which has delayed in providing the property documents for sanction of loan & claiming interest for delay in payments. The public grievances redressal system is ineffective. The officers do not understand the real problem. It is a toothless tool to address any grievances. Just a waste of time.
