MTNL - Delhi

Very poor position of MTNL service, please do good communication and network. Thanks.

We have been trying to manage with MTNL Broadband services for more than ten years now as no other sensible service provider was available in Neb Sarai, New Delhi area.
Worst happened on 24 April 2017 when the Broadband Services together with phone line got disrupted and MTNL thereafter neither restored the services nor responded to our feedback/complaint but promptly continue to raise the bills subsequently.
May God bless some sensibility to MTNL officials for Customer Services.

MTNL internet broadband service is rather slow. I have no means of measuring the speed rate, which should be provided online to the consumers to measure and record the same and the billing should be in accordance with that meter reading. Performance audit of MTNL is very necessary for improving the overall delivery of its services.

broadband is good. but sometimes it flickers, but normally it is good. we can watch videos, do whatsapp and even watch videos on pc. send email at right time. wifi is good but rainy seasons has some problems. sometimes it works excellent. depending on the speed. For me its excellent.

As long as your connection is running its service is good. No body is prepared to hear your complaint when your connection is not working properly. Customer service is so poor that you bang your head in frustration. My refund for approximately Rs 200 is still pending for an year now.. RKGOYAL 9810358078
