this is pathetic, on our road there are a few families who rear cows, after milking is over they are let out on the roads, they block the roads and roads are full of cow dung, secondly there are more than a dozen stray dogs, some are neutered but some are reproducing and increasing their population, the stray dog menace should be controlled.
