Agree totally with Mr. Mantri. The lone and lonely garbage drum opposite PTC Trimbak road, used to be uncleaned for days with garbage spilling over. The authorities found a brilliant and novel cure. They 'inverted' the drum, so now there is no need to clean it. It will always be clean. Citizens too are not blame free. Garbage is tossed towards the bin from vehicles which rarely lands inside the bin. My conclusion, more bins and supervision to ensure disposal of garbage. People found disposing garbage on roads can be blamed ONLY when provision is made for garbage disposal.

More is media hype -not single area /road /park have even proper Garbage Bins but only big poster /all media advt. to put the Garbage in Bins ...& if their is some bin -one have to cross garbage /stray animals/ all type of dangerous creatures/,reg pickers/pits.

Actually nobody is seriously interested in SWACHCHTA @ all -but only LIP service -otherwise if all concern implementation agencies bent-upon for cleanliness ,whole heartedly BHART MAHAN can achieve total SWACHCHTA with in period of an year.
