PTAs of Medical Insurance co. not at all care / follow the aims & directives of IRDA directives . As regards eCommers , despite lunching Central Govt. digitization programme PTA namely " Medi Assist India PTA Pvt. Ltd of United India Insurance Co. Ltd. use to reject / dis honour digital net banking transactions receipts ( though GOI use banking transactions as primary weapons to cope with the corruptions etc.& encouraging digitization/ ecimmerce ).

Since myself becoming victim as a Policy Holder bearing Policy No. 120200/28/16/P1/03582322 (SBI - Policy A- Service ) , my claim for Hospitalization bill , till date not reimbursed by them.
It is my earnest & urgent requesy to GOI & IRDA appropriate authorities to set up
urgent enquiry - how they harassed - ill health / senior citizens & attempt to gain their financial balances keep high , though they claim offering best Medical Insurance Services & benifis in the National digital Platforms.
