Agreeing with Mr. Sengupta, crowd handling needs more attention. Much will be solved by putting escalators on both sides of the two bridges, and on all platforms. Seating facilities should be increased on platforms. Toilets should be on both ends of the platforms. Most of tea stalls remain closed during late night hours.

Crowd handling at the entrances is very poor.
Safe Parking facility which is very expensive is only near the Ajmeri Gate.
Seating facilities & E_VEHICLES are hardly there or not available.!!!
Escalators are required on both sides to cater to aged & the ill

One train run between Hathras & Delhi (HAD) every day morning 6.00 am, but this train does not have any toilet facilities in the train. passengers specially ladies & children's feel lot of difficulties during their travel.
Railway employees still not under stud the problem after running this train more than 20 years.
I can not understand, how we can handle these govt. employees.

Facilities are not up to the mark. lack of cleanliness.
