Shri Pradan Baruah (Member of Parliament - MP Lakhimpur)

His area has a chronic problem related to water. As an MP he could have brought the different agencies like PCMC, DRCB etc together and resolved the issue. But he did not bothered even to know as to what exactly the problem is. I rate him very poor.
