it is good service, they are also human being, sharing my experience, one day I was in queue , one lady police standing behind starting make allegation in 2 minute- it was lunch time. maine dekha ek ek staff lunch kar timely apani seat pe aa rahe hai service de rahe, she suddenly said - kaise staff etani der se koi nahi hai, kaisi service hai.
I asked her - aap better service dete hai?? thoda patience rakhiye , sab kaam kar rahe hai.... jara si bhi mistake hui they are suffering... so do not create pain. thoda sa public bhi co-operate kare ..

complete waste of time.

The staff is putting in their best, somehow the Govt is unable to provide the resources. Blaming the bank may be unjustified, certainly the Govt has gone in for this exercise with hardly any preparation & so the common man has to take the brunt of it. So this is a failure on the part of the Govt. Can India, really go in for Cashless economy ?? Indians are better judge.
The banks with least available resources are performing Very Well.

Horrible customer service. I cannot transact my account from other branch the way I do with ICICI and KVB. Horrible customer experience. They don't spend time to manage the customer. ATM is good, NET banking is OK, Mobile banking is Good. but Branch is horrible.

First of all I appreciate the hard efforts put in by bank staff after 8th November. The thing is once ATMs are filled with money at regular intervals, 50% problem will be over. Once people get money for their daily lively hood, they are comfortable. Now the situation is nobody knows when money will be loaded in ATM once it is exhausted. If Banks can improve this situation. In any way a Bold decision by Central Government and P M Modi ji.
