Supertech's ECOVILLAGE was the first project launched in Greater Noida(west) way back in March 2010. What attracted the middle income group buyers was a affordable flat close to the national capital and DELIVERY of the first phase flats within 15 months. Since then SUPERTECH is cheating the innocent buyers on one pretext or the other viz..... The top five ponits affecting everyone
1. The layout of the project has completely changed and open area, green area and facilities stands compromised to a great extent.
2. Allotment letters produced, designed and printed are highly one sided totally favoring SUPERTECH and affecting buyers rights.
3. Construction quality and fixtures are of poor quality.
3. Excessive delay of more than 4 years has financially played havoc with life of allotees.
4. Unrealistic and imaginative financial demands have been put by SUPERTECH.
5. Inordinate difference between built up and super built up area.

Today it was in the news that Allahabad High Court has ordered the demolition of Buildings the most reputed 2 builders viz. SUPERTECH & AMRAPALI.They have made buildings on 40000 Sq.Yds of the village lands earmarked for cemetry and water Ponds.Only the buyers are going to suffer all of whom have made payments to the tune of 95 % of the cost of the flats..There must be some law to send the entire Management of the Builders to Jail for the duration in which buyers loan are to be repaid.
