Srikrishna Agency

It is regarding HP gas agency Srikrishna Agency.
For the past 30 years we have been provided with gas from Swamy enter prises and the connection was on Visharat ali pasha' s name and even proper deposit was aslo given at that time. A couple of days back we requested for the name change and Sai krishna agency had chaged Rs 2400 for the same so with the deposit and charged amount come to almost Rs 3200. I requist you to kindly find out why this amount was take from us though we were informed by Swami enterprise that it would be not more than Rs 500 .
Kindly help to find out the flaw or error done by the Srikrishna agency HP gas gachiboli.
