Impeccable service from Tata Sky, but their picture quality in HD channels is almost as bad as non HD channels. Also, as the non HD channel has a 4:3 screen size, one has to constantly keep adjusting the picture size from 4:3 to 16:9. Otherwise, in non HD channels, people appear unnaturally fat!

Quality and service, i have been using TATA Sky since years and never been unhappy.

Tata Sky provides good programming, but they've been exploiting the customers by increasing the charges at frequent intervals. For my selected package for which I was paying Rs 410/- in May 2014, I am now paying Rs 585/- for no additional service.
The reception invariably gets disrupted as soon as the whether gets clouded and it gets restored only after the whether clears up - in the meantime none of the channels / programs can be viewed. Their customer service is hopeless and one cannot expect even reasonable requests to be attended to satisfactorily.
