Taxi For Sure

Taxi Service in Kolkata has become worse since last 4-5 year. Their behavior so arrogant and rude cannot be described in words. We need to wait long time to get a taxi. After 8 PM getting a taxi is an impossible task. Thanx to UBER & OLA service. It gives us relief during emergency situation. However UBER & OLA service unaffordable to common people due to high price. Our government should look into this matter very seriously and implement strict rules & laws for better Taxi service in Kolkata. There should be serious punishment and penalty if any Taxi driver refuses to accept customer demand.
