Thiruvananthapuram Central, Jan Sadabdi and Venad Express bathrooms are stinking, platforms littered, tracks are very dirty. Passengers behave in the most irresponsible manner, least civic sense. Cleaning workers have no protective masks, gloves, boots. passengers guilty of dirtying public places must be punished then and there. Pantry- the distribution is in the most unhygienic manner. Mere announcements and notices will not suffice in such a land!
11029Dn Mumbai chennai mail one of the oldest and probably slowest moving express train on broadgauge track innumerable stops we could not even khadki stop at 320 a.m in night relevant only to british era of governors residenmce. stops at every alternate station between wadi junction and renigunta a poor show. takes 29 and more hours for just 1280 kms and reach Mumbai cst at unearthy 3-45 a.m and kalyan at 2-25 a.m to disturb sleep.
train can be speeded up even though stops prevail it can extend till nagpattanam as thete is demand for welankani and reach mumbai at decent 5-20 a.m or so should stop at thane in dn direction as well and dombivali in both directions as many south indians stay at dombivali the busises station on central railway and train is in mumbai network in late night and not in peak hours.

very slow takes 16 hours for merely 790 kms takes 6 hours from pune to solapur and gets overtaken by i hutatmapress couldbe avoided. reaches hyderabad at odd hours too early in morning befor 6-00 a.m after wasting 16 hours. can easily start from mumbai at 16-25 to reach hyderabad at 6-40 . thete ARE ALL THREE SUPERFAST TRAINS BETWEEN MUMBAI nAGPUR AT DISTANCE OF 840 KMS BUT POOR SERVICE TO HYDERABAD

called superfast but gets overtaken by duronto in down direction . in upo direction starts too early at 14-40 hrs from hyderabad and reaches kalyan mumbai at annoying 3-45 a.m to diturb sleep. just compare with vidarbha express between mumbai -nagpur has better timings speed.
husainsagar is superfast but stops at deserted wadi junction. ironically in dn direction does not stop at dadr so time savedd of one hour is wasted in travelling till mumbai cst to catch the train . the journey is of 14 hours and for such short journey and in fact since train is not a palne not stopping at ddar is not recommedned when half of mumbais poipulation resides between dadar and viirar. it would be advisable if it stops at thane as well . it is unclean no pantry car

bandra termiunus Garibrath express Excellent true value for money and gives fast economical service between mumbai delhi better than rajdhani and duronto. onlky drawbacks are runs onlky triweekly should be daily and starts from bandra terminus but should start from BCT and terminate at new delhi with halts at andhwri borivali, faridabad, hazarat nizamuddin and tilak bridge

Garibrath express Bandra terminus and hazarat nizamuddin . great value for money better tha rajdhanis provides just what people want and just a very good marketing and strategic management decision. good thyat catering is not compulsory and bed rolls are not includd in fare. the system should not be burdened with unnecessary amentities which passeengers can purchase or cary with them. this way only needy passengers will use these services.
on the flip side train should be daily rather trhan thrice ina week and should start from Mumbai central and new delhi with halts at andheri borivali faridabad, hazarat nbizamuddin and tilak bridge a really great service of indian railways keep it up

Generally no water in the toilets right from start of journey.
Cockroaches and mice in the coaches.
Same experience every time. Traveled for 4 months every week twice between Mumbai -Nashik and back. Stopped travelling started driving.
I have travelled a few times by Udyan Express to Bangalore from Mumbai and vice versa. The train takes too long to reach Bangalore and stops at almost every station. Illegal hawkers enter the train. Most of the time it runs late. The toilets are not clean even in 2 AC. The train needs to become faster and cleaner.

I am a retired Defence Person, I failed to understand, how a train which runs more than 40 hrs. and runs 1230 K.M. a day, having no pantry car and no clean ship even in the AC 2tier/3tire( photo and ticket attached). Train which runs more than 1000 K.M. a day should have a Pantry Car, as per Railway rule. Then why this Train did not have this facility. When passengers are paying a huge amount from their hard earned money, then why should we be deprived from the required facility. When I questioned TTE and Attendant about the poor condition of the Train, they said, ‘is train ka koi mai baap nehi hai, hapta me ekdin chalne ka karan’

Following points were noticed in the train and some of the photos are attached for your perusal:

1) In all the toilets, soap container was not having cap, hence, liquid soap was not poured in both way journey and in the basin a bottle with liquid soap was hanged after raising voice.

2) Passengers including us suffered from hunger as there was no Pantry Car and there was no good food available on the stations. Me & my wife consumed 10 packets of biscuits while going. On return, we carried packed food. But condition of 1st time traveller in this train was pathetic.

3) While returning, we found the roof near the vestibule (basin) started leaking and whole floor was with full of water. It was very difficult for the passengers for boarding up and down. When I asked for the Complaint Book from TTE (Mr. Manish Agarwal) refused to give.

4) On return, I found there is no proper ladder to climb on to upper birth (photo attached).

5) The temporary locking hook of a Toilet was malfunctioning and it remained in open condition only (photo attached).

The train is always late by 45 minutes to one hour. The train never reaches in time. Even brindavan Express, Double decker express and labagh express reaches in time . I do not understand the reason for charging higher fare when it never reaches with in the allotted 5 hours and reaches in 6 hours . Moreover, the platform no is changed from 1 to 2 at the bangalore cantonment station in the last minute on many occasions causing considerable hardship to passengers

I am Naveen Mohan from Mysore. In Bangalore, I had given my vehicle (two wheeler)

Honda Activa, to Mr Yogeesh of HRS Packers and Movers, to transport it from Bangalore

to Mysore. When it reached Mysore, the vehicle had severe damages, with the engine case

broken. But Mr Yogeesh did not accept his mistake and instead blamed on us saying it was

broken earlier only. The repair of damages cost us more than 4000/- in garage.
