I will rate them 4* **** because it much better from other states. In Noida I find 24 hours Electricity some time although very rarely 20 hours electricity. So very happy with Electricity in Noida

They bill what they feel like . No body is bothered about the consumer. No where to go. Waste your time energy and money to try and get the redressal which will not happen.

In Shalimar Garden, since 1 years I am getting very high value bills approx 3-4k monthly, I had tried to reach at Electricity office, but JE sahab is not avialable, while doing private job, it is very tough task to meet JE and get them the complain, Online complain had raised many times through PVVNL sites, but there was no response. UP is as useal, there were no progress of complain redressel. JE or some of authorised person should to stay on sunday also to listen the complain.

What is going on with the billing. Bills have soared. Service no improvement. Still birbes needed to get bills, get any repair work done.
