While the return policy states 48 hrs return period, the refund policy does not exists. The website says "There is no refund policy on our products.
If you discover a defect in any product, please contact the manufacturer/seller directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty/seller's warranty.
Any complaint received after 48 hours will be the sole responsibility of the seller/manufacturer. Please contact them directly. The address and mobile no. of the seller is already present of the manifest.

There are several complaints on the public domain about their shipping defective and wrong material and then the woes of the consumer starts. One of the many complaints quoted is "I Purchased the product "Vapor KW77 Smart Watch" label name is correct but inside box wrong product given.
As per the policy it should return with 48hr, i am chasing over the mail and phone no from 2 days but no response from either over the mail or phone.
