Recently I visited UPPCL office regarding the excessive bill, rather than listening to my problem, they shouted on me and threw my application. I just asked them why I got all sudden a healthy bill, they mentioned hundreds reasons but when I asked them to mention these reason either in written, they denied and threw my application. I would request the concerned senior authority to please listen to customers. we pay our taxes, pay bills on time so that govt can work smoothly, but because of few govt employees who has attitude, the entire office face the criticisms. Further adding to above, customers has to wait for several hours to meet SDO/JE as they are out of office without any notice outside their office, when I call them about their presences, one of them said he is out for meeting and another just said he is out. Sir, we are not paying taxes to wait for you for long time.
